You can bring your equipment directly to our facility to be repaired or you can ship it in. We accept equipment from all over the world. If you want to ship it in please call the number listed above as you will need an RMA issued. Equipment will be refused if no RMA has been issued. Once the equipment has been received most brands will be diagnosed with 24 hours (1 business day). Once the equipment has been diagnosed the service technician will call you right away to discuss what was found. All repairs are turned around as quickly as possible. We take pride in the swiftness and quality of all of our repairs. We understand that your tools and equipment are used to make you money. We want to get those tools and equipment back to you as fast a possible.
